Welcome to Aurai Online: travel blogging, meditation, social change and uplifting stories from around the world.
For most of my life, I have read news from the NYTimes, Wired and the Washington Post – but realized that none of these (except Wired, on occasion), left me feeling inspired about the progress we’re making in the world. I started this blog as a venture to discover my own news and to connect with interesting individuals from around the world who are lifting up our little blue planet.
Aurai Online is an travel blog to find inspiration from cultural diversity, social change, and those things that make life worth living: travel stories, acts of kindness, people helping people, social entrepreneurship, environmental initiatives and interesting outdoor activities.
In Greek mythology, the Aurai are the winged nymphs of the breezes, daughters of the god of the North Wind, Boreas. Like these nymphs, the world around us is always rustling the leaves, and impossible to pin down, and so became the inspiration for creative expression here at Aurai Online.
Founder, Adam Morris. I consider myself a technical entrepreneur, photographer, meditator and creative enthusiast. The world is a beautiful place, and now more globally connected than ever.
